So, the plan for the next few weeks till I go back to Switzerland is to work on mobility issues with my shoulder and ankles and technical improvement in the Olympic Lifts - Snatch and Clean and Jerk.
I have enrolled in a Hot Yoga class for the next month looking forward to the improvements in my general range of motion.
Monday 8th October
Mobility/Active Rest : Hot Yoga - 90 minutes
Tuesday 9th October
Tech: Overhead Squat - Working with Miles at Crossfit Hove we have changed to head position to more resemble a low bar squat postion rather than looking ahead or up. This seems to have worked well, and I feel more solid in this postition, so now just have to keep adding the weight and play arouond with it.
WOD: 10 Minute AMRAP
10 Dumbell Push Press 30kg (2 x 15kg)
10 Press Ups
10 Pullups
Rounds: 7 (+ 9 Push Press)
Wednesday 10th October

1 Minute Handstand Hold
1 Minute Single arm Dumbell Snatches - alternate hands 15kg DB
