Easy week, as Saturday is the Inov-8 4 Nations Competition of which I'm competing.

Active Rest: Swimming
Tuesday 25th September
Tech: Pullups and Clean Pulls
WOD: 30 x Clean Pulls 92kg
Time: 3:03
Wednesday 26th September
Tech: Pull ups, Toes to Bar, Knees to Elbow - working to improve efficiency on these.
Thursday 27th September
Tech: Snatch Practice
Saturday 29th September
Competition : Inov8 4 Nations Team Competition Manchester - I was in the UK Masters Crossfit team, and we went head to head with the English, Scottish, Welsh and Irish Teams, we beat the Irish and come 4th 1 point behind 3rd placed Scotland. Out of the 9 WODs we got three 3rds, 2nd and the final WOD - Sled Pull, we came 1st.
