Lift: Back Squat 5x5 ( 5 sets of 5 reps working to 5 rep max)
90kg, 110kg, 120kg, 122.5kg, 125kg - legs were shaking after this, didnt fancy the WOD after this, but was 'made' to do it...lucky me that I have such nice friends!
