Ski, Front squats and sprints

View from my kitchen
The start of a new week has brought the long awaited snow, at Attelas there was over 20cm of new snow. There is still only one slope open, but the new fresh snow  has brought new life to the slopes. More snow is expected this week, and hopefully by the weekend more of the resort runs will be open.

This morning I went up for a few quick runs before the weather came in and the visability went...but this is a good thing!!! The snow was a bit heavy, as the temperature is still not that cold, at Attelas it was only -3.

Went to Offshore for the first time this season where they have the best Chicken salad in Verbier for lunch to prepare for some afternoon Crossfit.

Todays Training:
Lift : Front Squat
Wanted to work up to 120kg for 3, but due to my shoulder pull from last week, bailed out at 105kg before my shoulder started to ping, still lifting in a drizzle of rain at 4 degrees wasnt too bad!

WOD:
10 X 100m Incline Sprints 1 minute rest in between - was roughly 100m and up hill just outside where I live
This was a great WOD - Short and intense, I didnt have a timer which was downside.....Xmas present anyone!!
