'Short and Sweet' -Todays Crossfit training

Warm up, including some Monkey bar traverses, then some Split Jerk practice, hit my chin, but not too bad!!!

The WOD didnt look too bad...only because it was 3 rounds, and not too heavy a weight.....If only I felt when I'd finished it..'not too bad'
