Apple Crumble Recipe:

I dont measure but this is the basic recipe.

Ingredients:

2 cups almond flour

1 teaspoon cinnamon

½ teaspoon nutmeg

½ cup coconut oil

¼ cup agave nectar

1 tablespoon vanilla extract

3 large Bramley apples, 3 Pink lady apples , tub of Blackberries, tub of raspberries
3, 4 or even 5 handfuls of mixed nuts - brazils, macadamia, hazlenuts, almonds, pumpkin seeds...whatever you want

DIRECTIONS

In a large bowl, combine almond flour, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg

In a smaller bowl, combine oil, agave and vanilla

Stir wet ingredients into dry

Place apples in a baking dish

Crumble topping over the apples

Cover and bake at 350° for 50 minutes.

When apples are soft and their juices bubble, remove cover and bake 10-12 more minutes to brown crisp toppings and throw over the nuts till golden

Serve warm with loads of Cream!!!!
