Crossfit for Skiers article

Here is a article that was sent over to me about how US Alpine Ski team members are starting to utilise the Crossfit methology in their training to build strength and conditioning.

The work out looks good, I'll try it when I get back to Switzerland, next week.

Do these as fast as you can, with no rest.


5 Handstand Push ups
10 Dead Lifts
15 Toes to Bar
20 Box Jumps
25 Kettlebell Swings
30 Wall Balls
25 Kettlebell Swings
20 Box Jumps
15 Toes to Bar
10 Dead Lifts
5 Handstand Push-ups

Deadlift weight 100kg
Kettlebell weight 32kg
Box Jump 61cm Box
Scaled accordingly
