Beef Ribs and Guinness, boxjumps, deadlifts, burpees and pressups......ahhhhhh!

Todays Training:
Still suffering from yesterdays heavy weight session and struggling to walk..blah blah blah....HTFU....lets do a WOD courtesy of Crossfit Connect:

Warm up 400m Run Overhead Squat Mobility work x2
Lift 7sets x 3reps OHS

800M Run
21-15-9 (1 set of 21 reps, 1 set of 15 reps, 1 set of 9 reps) of
Box jumps 24inch Box
9-15-21(1 set of 9 reps, 1 set of 15 reps, 1 set of 21 reps) of
Deadlift 80kg
Finish off with
800M Run


This was a good one! Descending sets followed by ascending sets, dynamic movement with lifts and run....tough!!!

What better way then to follow that by making a Beef rib and Guinness Stew:

Beef Ribs and Guinness...its gonna be good!!!
Grass Feb Beef Ribs, Guinness, whisky, onion, garlic, carrots, celery, butternut squash, thyme, bayleaf, homemade (by me, of course) beef stock....ready in about 6 hours....yum yum!!
