Todays W.O.D @CrossfitHove

Today was open gym at the Box, so having had a day off yesterday, did the Deadlift strength workout that I was too knackered to do on Thursday. This program is from the Black Iron Beast 5/3/1 program which bases your lift on 80% of your 1 rep max.
