Todays Strength Training @Crossfithove

Todays training  - Back Squat - 3rd cycle of the 4 week training cycle of the 5/3/1 program:

5 x 60kg
5 x 70kg
3 x 80kg
5 x 100kg
3 x 115kg
1+ x 125kg (7 reps)
10 x 80kg
10 x 80kg
10 x 80kg
10 x 80kg
10 x 80kg

No Metcon (Metabolic Conditioning) today as I wanted to work on a higher weight on the 10 rep section
