Todays W.O.D @Crossfit Hove


400m Run
15 Overhead Squats (RX 42.5kg)
x 5 Rounds

Time 20:07 with 35kg -  although not the prescribed weight (42.5kg) I'm happy with this, as my shoulders are opening up. Overhead Squats are a killer and punish bad form, but are the ultmate core exercise, the Overhead Squat requires strength, balance, coordination and flexibility and leads into the development of the 'Snatch' the Worlds fastest lift.
