Todays W.O.D @CrossfitHove

So to celebrate the end of AuVest ( wearing 10kg weighted vest for all our W.O.Ds in August) todays WOD was:
With 10kg weighted vest

1 mile Run
100 Pullups
200 Pressups
300 Squats
1 mile run
Time 54:09
BTW the W.O.D was pretty horrific! then taught a PDR class in the Park:
