Last Crossfit WOD in UK

Today was my last Crossfit WOD in the UK, before I travel back to Switzerland. It left me with a very nice memory, a bit like being hit with a sledgehammer.

Choice of six WOD'S to be done in 45 minutes, each WOD had a point score, so try and get as many points. You could do any WOD, and as many time as you wanted.

Choose between:
1/2 Angie: 15 points
50 Pullups
50 Pressups
50 Situps
50 Squats

Helen: 7 Points
3 RFT (Rounds for time)
400m Run
21 Kb Swings
12 Pullups

Annie:5 Points
50, 40, 30, 20, 10 reps of
Double Unders

Fran: 10 Points
21, 15, 9

Nancy: 8 Points
400m Run
15 OHS(Overhead Squats)

Karen: 6 Points
150 Wallballs

I did 2 x 1/2 Angie (30 points)1 x Fran (10 points) and 2/3 Karen (4 points)
Total 44 points

Awesome WOD to Finish and then I collasped!
