Amrap (as many rounds as possible) 5minutes rest 1 minute x3 - 17 Minutes of being in the 'Bad Place'

10 Boxjumps 61cm Box
100m Sprint

1st Round  - 3 circuits +5 thrusters
2nd round - 2 circuits +10 thrusters
3rd round - 2 circuits +7 thrusters
