Wednesday 31st October
Strength/Tech: Squat Clean
WOD: 15 Minute AMRAP
30 KettleBell Swings 32kg KB
15 K2E (Knees to Elbow)
250M Row

Rounds: 3 +19KB Swings

Not much training done this week. The weekend was spent in Swansea at the DWF 12 Games which was a great competition with CF Bath wining the title...a truly outstanding team.

Next weekend I'm off to Nuremberg, Germany to do the Crossfit Football course and then its just another 2 weeks till I'm back off to Verbier, Switzerland...cant wait.
