P.D.R™ Training @Crossfithove

Leon applying the 'outside 90' principle' to get back into the fight
Tonights class was held at the Crossfit Hove Box. We focused again on fundamental drills, and how to induce our primal startle/flinch reponse by making sure we really learn to play a really good and realistic 'Bad Guy' role.

Without the feeling of 'really wanting to hurt the good guy', without true intent,  aggression and understanding of what happens in a real fight, then the good guy will not be able to react in a natural instinctive way.

We need to experience that 'Holy Shit' moment, the feeling of being off balance, the feeling of not being in control...Who controls the fight? Its the bad guy
